To me, Saturn square Uranus is aftershocks. Emotions hitting like live wires. Endings. Anxiety over new beginnings.

The fear of never having enough time to do all that matters.

Stressing about wasted time even if I've lost that time forever.

Self-blame, always.

What's helping:

Honouring my need for alone time.

Aiming to keep things simple. Complexity isn't a sign of wisdom, depth.

What also helps is reassuring myself that it's okay to be afraid. Fear means you've found something you care about enough to want to keep. What's important is not to own the fear, not be owned by the fear.

The bravest people in the world - the people who stand up to power & corruption, in spheres public & private, in all the large & little ways - were quaking in their boots. And did it anyway.

Fear is the mind-killer. Give your mind a break. Wipe that smug smile off fear's face. The thing you want to do, do it anyway.
