VIDEO: Nietzsche, Shibari, Anouilh’s Antigone, & the Agony of Waiting

Those who know me well know I experience long waits as cruel agony.

This week I learned that doing Instagram Lives helps me cope with my anxiety.

Instagram Live is a way of creating (mostly) improvised phone-based video artefacts that suits my temperament. I just like knowing there might be someone on the other side - and I love getting immediate feedback.
